Análisis institucional de la política pública del deporte en la gobernación de Cundinamarca

El deporte se ha constituido como una práctica social a partir de la cual se llegan a configurar patrones de convivencia e identidades colectivas. Sin embargo, este ha sido un asunto del cual no se han ocupado las ciencias sociales y políticas, dado que no se ha considerado al deporte como una actividad relevante y se relega a prácticas netamente de ocio y recreación. Prevalece entonces, la necesidad desde la administración pública, de garantizar un contexto institucional consolidado, en el que impere el deporte como un mecanismo de inclusión e integración, así como un instrumento para la garantía de bienestar, calidad de vida, desarrollo integral humano y una vida saludable. La presente investigación, tiene como propósito realizar un análisis de las acciones inherentes de política pública del deporte en la Gobernación de Cundinamarca, durante los periodos de gobierno previstos entre el 2008-2011 bajo el mandato del Gobernador Andrés Gonzalez Díaz, y el periodo 2012-2015 en la administración del Gobernador Álvaro Cruz Vargas. Con el objetivo de observar las acciones de política pública, que han sido características en el ejercicio de la garantía del derecho social del deporte.Sport has become a social practice from which patterns of coexistence and collective identities become established. However, this has been an issue that has not been addressed in the social and political sciences, given that sport has not been considered a relevant activity and is relegated to purely leisure and recreation practices. The need, therefore, for the public administration to guarantee a consolidated institutional context, in which sport reigns as a mechanism for inclusion and integration, as well as an instrument for the guarantee of well-being, quality of life, integral human development and a Healthy life. The purpose of this research is to analyze the inherent public policy of sport in the Government of Cundinamarca during the government periods scheduled between 2008-2011 under the mandate of Governor Andrés Gonzalez Díaz and the period 2012- 2015 in the administration of Governor Alvaro Cruz Vargas.
